How long will signing up online take?

Most signups take about 1 or 2 minutes online.

In fact, once you've filled out the form above you're already almost done!

I heard about a discount for quarterly / annual billing?

Absolutely!

Once you're signed up with the form above, you'll be able to prepay for the remainder of the duration at a discount, and going forward - you'll keep the discounted rate.

The discounted rates for 1x weekly service are as follows:

Quarterly payments: $30 per visit

Annual payments: $25 per visit

So how does this work, what do I receive?

~ The Signup form above sets you up for 4 weeks of service.

~ You receive 'Rush' (expedited service) upgrade for free over those who just get a one-time clean.

~ Each week, we'll come 3 times and clear your yard of poop.

~ You'll also receive access to our exclusive Diamond community

~ Diamond members also get access to our affiliate program's additional revenue stream. (Pretty cool!)

~ When weather permits, we'll perform periodic disinfectant services on your lawn to keep it clean and safe.

~ Once signed up on this page, you'll be given the option to switch to quarterly / annual billing at a discount.

~ Otherwise, at the end of the 4 weeks, you may continue service at the standard Diamond pricing.

~ If your yard requires a Spring Clean to catch up, that's okay! It's included in your Diamond plan.

How do you find poop in the winter?

Our technicians know all the tricks of the trade - for instance, most dogs tend to have hotspots and leave tracks in the snow directly to them!

However, after a fresh snowfall it can be hard to get everything. In that case, we'll do our best to maintain your gate for you by chipping away ice, to prevent ice buildup from preventing access on future visits.

Our technician patrols your yard to find everything they can for you, and then comes back on the next visit to get everything caught up if there's anything missed.

Best of all, if we scoop throughout the winter, you won't need to get a Spring Clean!

What's this "Spring Clean" all about?

Often in the Great Canadian winter, it snows. And when it does, it covers up all the poop! However, just because you can't see it - it doesn't mean it isn't there. You'll know when you look outside whether or not you need a Spring Clean!

It is normal for a dog to poop 2-3 times per day, we'll let you do the math haha! 💩

As the snow melts, it reveals the entire winter's glorious poop collection for all to see (and smell)

It can be a tremendous task to get it all cleaned up - that's where the Spring Clean comes in.

A spring clean typically requires a very long visit when your yard is dry, alternatively it will take several longer weekly visits as the snow melts to get it caught up.

What happens after this first 4 weeks end?

If you'd like to continue the service at the end of the 4 weeks, no action is required on your part! We'll simply re-bill the listed rate for the next 4 weeks and continue to provide awesome service.

If you've decided to go for a quarterly or annual plan, you will not be billed until the end of the respective time frame - you'll also receive a substantial discount with each of those plans!

How soon will I get my first cleaning?

As soon as possible!

Outside of our spring rush, you'll likely recieve your first service within typically 0-3 business days. That means if you're signed up by Wednesday, you should receive your service this week!

Note that it's possible you may recieve your first service within an hour after signup, depending on where our technicians are in the city.

What if my yard is a poop-soup disaster?

We're able to offer our weekly service at a low price because we do a good job of maintaining it.

However, if you require a Spring Clean, that will be a big job and we'll have to pay our technicians extra for it.

No worries, though - you'll be able sign up for one at a discount with the click of a button after your initial weekly signup is complete!

You'll know if you need a Spring Clean!

I heard that you offer a disinfectant service?

We do indeed!

We only offer disinfectants when the conditions are right, typically in the summer.

If the service is available, you'll be able to add on the disinfectant with the click of a button during the signup process.
